To The Deck.
Not Just The Surface.

Kitchens, baths, additions, whole-home renovations, historic restoration. If the framing is wrong, the framing gets fixed before the finish goes on.

01 / Kitchens

Kitchen Renovations.

From pull-and-replace cabinet swaps to full layout reconfigurations — load-bearing walls opened, plumbing rerouted, electrical sub-panels added for induction or double ovens. Permits pulled when the work calls for them. We coordinate cabinetry leads with our schedule so demo doesn't outrun delivery.

02 / Bathrooms

Bathroom Renovations.

Master baths, guest baths, powder rooms. Tile from substrate up — we do the waterproofing properly (Schluter, RedGard, or whichever system the tile setter prefers), not a coat of paint on greenboard. Tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in shower builds with curbed or curbless drains, custom vanity installs.

03 / Additions

Additions.

Bump-outs, full-room additions, second-story adds, garage-to-living conversions. Architect-led when one's on the project; we coordinate with engineers for footing design and load calcs when an addition ties into existing structure. Footing inspections scheduled, framing inspections scheduled, final inspections scheduled.

04 / Whole-Home

Whole-Home Renovations.

Top-to-bottom rebuilds of existing homes. Often a full mechanical refresh — new electrical service, repiped supply lines, new HVAC. Layouts opened up where structure allows; structure reinforced where it doesn't. Owners typically vacate; we run a single open project rather than a series of micro-renos.

05 / Historic Restoration

Historic Restoration.

Older Pittsburgh homes with bones worth saving — original trim, original floors, original detail work preserved where it can be, replicated where it can't. We work with the local historic-review processes when properties are in a designated district.
